A biomass (wood chips) boiler house project was implemented. Itb is based on 2 boilers of 720 kW each, produced by Kalvis (Lithuania). The boiler room has the maximum degree of automation for fuel supply and the fuel combustion process and is designed to operate on wood chips with a humidity of up to 48%.

The thermal oil system with Ascentec electric boilers has been installed, adjusted and put into operation.
The heat supply system with a temperature of 100°C to 150 °C is provided by using two electric boilers with thermal power 300 kW each. Heat transfer oil is used as a coolant. To form the required temperatures of various technological consumers, heat flow distribution units are used, which form circuits with different temperatures. The system also has circuits in which propylene glycol is used as a coolant. A cooling installation based on a 150 kW refrigeration machine provides consumers with cold using a coolant - propylene glycol. All circuits operate in a closed circuit and are equipped with the necessary compensation tanks. The system is equipped with the required control and safety devices, and has the possibility of local and remote control.

Interenergo as the General Designer, undertakes a design documentation for the construction of a biogas complex based on treatment facilities in Lviv.

The project provides for primary and secondary sludge treatment with the generation of electrical energy up to 4.5 MW at cogeneration plants.

The commissioning of the facility is scheduled for 2023.

Within the framework of the energy efficiency improvement program of Kharkiv heating networks, the project of complex reconstruction of the regional boiler house "Khartron" has been completed.
The following works were carried out within the scope of reconstruction:

1. Installation of 2 MWM cogeneration units of 400 kW and 600 kW to meet the boiler room's own needs in electricity;
2. Installation of 3 modern network pumping units 560 kW with frequency regulation;
3. Complete replacement of the boiler room switchgear and all cable lines;
4. Installation of a new modern gas metering unit for the boiler house manufactured by SICK (Germany).

The implementation of the project will make it possible to replace the obsolete basic equipment of the boiler house, reduce power consumption, and increase the reliability of the boiler house.

The cogeneration power plant will provide for the simultaneous generation of electricity for the own needs of the boiler house and heat with maximum efficiency in the use of natural gas.

Within the framework of the project, our company received all the necessary technical conditions for the design, carried out Environment Impact Assessment, carried out a state expertise of the project, obtained all the necessary permits, completed construction and installation work on a turnkey basis and carried out comprehensive tests with confirmation of design and contract indicators.

The project has been implemented jointly with Iltekno (Turkey) for credit funds and according to the procedures of the World Bank

To ensure technological production of thermal energy, electricity and cold at a temperature of + 5C a design documentation was developed and all turnkey works were performed and a cogeneration power plant with an electric capacity of 580 kW based on MWM TCG 2016V12 gas power unit was put into operation.
Thermal energy from the unit is supplied using thermal oil t=160C.

As a part of the development of technological production and the introduction of energy efficient technologies at the plant, the design work was completed, equipment was delivered, «turnkey» construction and installation work were done of the power center to provide technological heat and electricity production in the cogeneration power plant 600kW based on the MWM TCG 2016V12 and the supply of thermal oil boilers by company Ascentec, with a capacity of 720kW

Company performed engineering of a biogas plant on duck slurry. The project provides the construction of the 2.4 MW biogas plant in the duck farm under construction. The project allows the Owner of the duck farm to solve the following tasks:

• Resolve issues with environmental disposal of duck slurry - processed duck slurry in the amount of 200 thousand tons per year after the biogas plant will be of a valuable fertilizer for pouring it to the nearby Customer's fields
• To generate up to 50-60% of the electricity for their own use in the duck farm

The project is being implemented with the assistance of technology and equipment of UTS Germany.

Group "Interenergo" developed a comprehensive project for the construction of gas engine cogeneration power plant of 8MW intended to generate electrical energy, saturated steam and heating system water for the needs of the plant. The delivery of basic equipment and implemented the first phase of construction works already were made.

Gas engine cogeneration power is made with the following composition of the main equipment:

• gas power units MWM TCG20V20 container type - 4 pcs., unit of electrical capacity of 2 MW;
• steam-heat boilers Aprovis SGCD-XX-1000-1800 / 4000-1H - 2 pcs.

This power plant is fully integrated into the existing electric industry companies and will provide the current needs of the plant, as well as the future development of the electricity production, process steam and hot water supply.

The plant has the highest economic indicators in the field of energy efficiency and meets all modern requirements of construction of industrial power.

Group of companies "Interenergo" developed project documentation for the construction of biogas plant based on waste treatment facilities, Penza.

The project envisages the construction of biogas plant with electrical capacity of 1.5 MW based on waste treatment facilities of Gorvodocanal, Penza.

The main raw material is the sludge of waste treatment facilities.

The project was developed in collaboration with the Austrian partner Agrinz Technologies, Austria and German partners.

PrSC "SPC Interenergo" in 2012 execute the development of the detailed design to replace the turbocharger Art. Number 3 for CHP of PJSC "AZOVSTAL" with the installation of a new modern unit type TKA 5200/25, manufactured by "Nevsky Zavod" ( Russia).

Detailed design is made in all parts, including the development of the section on the assessment of the effects on the environment, and has successfully passed the examination in the structures of Public Service Mining Supervision and Industrial Safety of Ukraine.

Implementation of the project at the steel plant "AZOVSTAL" will allow compression of air enriched with oxygen and its supply to the blast furnaces in the required quantity.

The project provides for the automated control of the turbocharger in different modes with the continuous surveillance, display, recording and documenting information.

The main technical parameters of the turbo unit type TKA 5200/25:

• capacity of the steam turbine, the maximum - 26MW;
• steam flow to the turbine - 116t/h;
• the compressor output- 5000m3/min.;
• air pressure at the exit - 0.51 MPa (5.1 kgf/cm2);
• rotating speed of the rotor - 3450 r/min.

Introducing power saving technologies into industrial enterprises of Ukraine, Interenergo Company has carried out "turn-key" construction of a gas-piston power station (electric capacity 8 MW). The general project is executed on the basis of 3 gensets (general capacity 12 MW).

As the capital equipment gensets of German firm MWM TCG2032V16 (unit capacity 4 MW) were chosen. Interenergo SPC cooperates with MWM GmbH on territories of Ukraine and the Russian Federation.

According to the Customer's instructions Interenergo developed and applied the steam thermal scheme with integration into existing networks of thermal power station of "Krukov wagon works" JSC.

Design department of Interenergo SPC developed waste heat boilers behind gensets with parameters of recirculated water Р=60kgs/cm2 and Т=220°С that allows to use waste heat of power station for the needs of the enterprise all-the-year-round.

Also it is necessary to notice that today TCG2032V16 gensets are the most powerful pas-piston gensets in Ukraine.

Power station installation allowed to significantly economize funds of the enterprise on purchase of the electric power from an external network, and also to make thermal energy production for technological needs cheaper.

Interenergo SPC executed all works qualitatively and in time. Also together with the Customer all necessary coordination procedures have been executed.

Execution of the whole work complex allows to increase reliability and profitability of thermal and electric power supply of the enterprise, both for own needs, and for the city.

Cogeneration power plant designed by Interenergo SPC for "Krukov wagon works" JSC won first place in "TOP-100. Power efficiency" competition performed by National Agency of Ukraine on Ensuring of Efficient Use of Energy Resources Management.

In an existing boiler-house installation of a gas-turbine unit UGT-16 with the gas turbine made by "Zorya-Mashproekt", and also auxiliaries and pipelines is executed:

• water pipelines and water coolers;
• internal and external gas pipelines;
• gas step-up compressor made by "Frunze SPA";
• steam pipelines and steam heaters.

«Interenergo SPC» also made all auxiliary pipelines and assembled them before installation. Manufacturing was executed in full conformity with Rules of the Construction and Operation Safety of steam and hot water pipelines.

Adjustment of all mounted equipment including oil system is executed and it has allowed providing of the timely commissioning of the whole unit. Well organized work of several organizations on the starting object has yielded a positive result on maintenance of technical indicators of the Ukrainian manufactured gas-turbine unit.

The basic technical characteristics of the unit:

· nominal electric power -15 900 kW;
· thermal power - 27 040 kW;
· efficiency - 31%;
· gas consumption - 5 320 m³/h.

UGT - 16 000 is a modernized engine structurally concerning the second generation. High reliability, simplicity in service, 60 thousand hours life, and also an optimum parity of cost and quality makes it very attractive to Customers.

Since March, 2008 unit has been in commercial operation.

Reconstruction of the calcinations furnace №1 burning system is executed for the purpose of natural gas use (instead of black oil).

Black oil was earlier used as a fuel for drying and calcination of an aluminium hydroxide in the rotating calcination furnace, thus the regulation process was carried out manually.

«Interenergo SPC» PrSC has executed complex of works on reconstruction with installation of:

• the natural gas inareal pipeline;
• the component of natural gas pressure regulation to the furnace;
• burning system for operation on natural gas and black oil;
• the automated process control system of drying and calcinations of raw materials at operation on natural gas.

Existing position in burning system became complicated because the furnace was reconstructed in 1991 by one of Turkish firms, thus the basic black oil burner was transferred on 40 m closer to a loading framework with its installation on a rotating surface of a drum. This design allowed increasing of the furnace productivity, but excluded possibility of a torch control in the basic burner that had risk of possible explosions at flame failure.

At reconstruction of the burning system 3 burners have been established:

• the basic one with an inlet gas pipeline Ø108х4mm;
• initial heating burner with an inlet gas pipeline Ø57х3,5mm;
• sparking (transportable) burner with an inlet stationary gas pipeline Ø22х2,5mm.

During development of the gaseous fuel supply system several original devices have been developed, among them there is a gas supply rotary block on rotating furnace part. A new design of the burning device is developed for maintenance of furnace design capacity and demanded quality of production.

Reconstruction of the calcination furnace burning system has proved the accepted technical decisions, having provided reliable operation of the furnace and production high quality.

The basic technical characteristics of the basic burner:

- Burner heat productivity: 20 MW.
- Natural gas peak consumption: 2500 m³/h.
- Natural gas pressure forward of the burner: 1,5÷2,5 bar.
